Strategic Infrastructure Performance Management Training Course: Aligning Large-Scale Projects with National Goals

Strategic Infrastructure Performance Management Training Course: Aligning Large-Scale Projects with National Goals

Course Overview

Large-scale infrastructure projects are the backbone of national development, yet they often suffer from performance gaps, cost overruns, and misalignment with long-term sovereign objectives. This 10-day intensive training course is designed to equip senior officials and project leaders with a high-level strategic framework for managing infrastructure as a vehicle for national transformation. It moves beyond basic project management to focus on "Performance Excellence"—integrating rigorous monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and socio-economic impact assessment to ensure every dollar invested contributes to the national vision.

The course curriculum explores the entire lifecycle of strategic infrastructure, from feasibility and alignment with National Development Plans (NDPs) to complex risk mitigation and digital performance tracking. Participants will engage with modern methodologies such as the Balanced Scorecard for infrastructure, Value for Money (VfM) audits, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) performance optimization. By bridging the gap between technical execution and political-economic goals, this course ensures that large-scale projects are not just completed, but are successful in delivering sustainable national value.
