Course Overview
In an increasingly litigious global environment, the demand for swift, confidential, and cost-effective conflict resolution has never been higher. This intensive 5-day training program is designed to transform legal professionals from adversarial litigators into versatile masters of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The course moves beyond theoretical foundations to provide a rigorous, hands-on exploration of the mechanisms that are reshaping the modern justice system, enabling practitioners to resolve complex commercial, civil, and labor disputes without the delays of traditional courtrooms.
The curriculum covers the full spectrum of ADR modalities, focusing heavily on interest-based negotiation, advanced mediation techniques, and the technicalities of domestic and international arbitration. Participants will analyze the legal frameworks governing ADR, the psychological drivers of conflict, and the drafting of enforceable settlement agreements.
