Behavioral Finance and Investment Psychology Training Course

Behavioral Finance and Investment Psychology Training Course

This five-day training program offers a unique and critical perspective on the investment world by exploring the psychological factors that influence financial decision-making. Participants will move beyond traditional financial theories to understand why investors often act irrationally. The course provides a deep dive into cognitive and emotional biases, heuristics, and the social dynamics that drive market behavior, equipping attendees with the tools to recognize and counteract these tendencies for better investment outcomes.

The course is structured to provide a comprehensive exploration of behavioral finance. We begin with an introduction to the field and a detailed examination of common cognitive and emotional biases. We will explore key theories like Prospect Theory and analyze how market anomalies are often a result of irrational human behavior. The curriculum also delves into the physiological basis of financial decisions (neurofinance), the influence of media, and how to apply these insights to build more robust and rational investment strategies. The training culminates in a practical module on implementing behavioral finance principles in real-world scenarios.
