Course Overview
The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence into business ecosystems has transformed the role of the Technical Project Manager from a facilitator of standard software development to a leader of complex, data-driven initiatives. This intensive course is specifically designed to equip project management professionals with the specialized framework required to lead AI and Machine Learning (ML) projects. Unlike traditional IT projects, AI implementations involve unique challenges in data quality, probabilistic outcomes, and iterative experimentation. This training provides the strategic bridge between technical AI capabilities and successful business delivery.
The curriculum covers the entire AI project lifecycle, starting from initial feasibility assessment and data strategy to model development, ethical considerations, and production deployment. Participants will delve into the nuances of Large Language Models (LLMs), supervised and unsupervised learning frameworks, and the specialized Agile methodologies adapted for AI. Through a blend of theoretical frameworks and hands-on simulations, the course ensures that project managers can effectively communicate with data scientists, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate the specific risks associated with AI adoption.
Upon the successful completion of this AI Strategy and Implementation Training for Technical Project Managers: Navigating the AI Lifecycle participants will be able to:
ü Identify viable AI use cases and assess their ROI for the organization.
ü Manage the end-to-end AI project lifecycle using adapted Agile methodologies.
ü Communicate effectively with technical data science teams and non-technical stakeholders.
ü Implement robust data governance and ethical AI frameworks.
ü Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models in production environments.
Training Methodology
The course is designed to be highly interactive, challenging and stimulating. It will be an instructor led training and will be delivered using a blended learning approach comprising of:
ü Expert-led interactive lectures and strategy workshops.
ü Real-world AI project case studies (Successes and Failures).
ü Collaborative group exercises for roadmap development.
ü Peer-to-peer review of AI implementation plans.
ü Practical Sessions involving AI toolsets, project management software, and data assessment templates.
Our facilitators are seasoned industry professionals with years of expertise in their chosen fields. All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English.
