Agile and Scrum Methodologies in ICT Projects Training Course

Agile and Scrum Methodologies in ICT Projects Training Course

This intensive five-day training program is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive and practical understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, specifically within the context of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects. The course provides the necessary tools and techniques to effectively manage complex, fast-changing projects, transitioning participants from traditional, rigid methodologies to a flexible, customer-centric approach. Attendees will learn how to foster rapid delivery, enhance collaboration, and continually deliver value in short, iterative cycles.

The curriculum is structured to first introduce the mindset and values of the Agile Manifesto, then dive deeply into the complete Scrum framework, including the roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team), artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment), and ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). Key topics also include writing effective user stories, utilizing agile estimation techniques, and implementing essential engineering practices that support continuous integration and rapid delivery. The program emphasizes hands-on simulations and practical exercises to ensure participants can immediately apply these methodologies to their own ICT project environments.
