Module 4: Managing the Negotiation Process

  • How to identify the negotiable key variables
  • How to use power and authority within negotiations
  • How to identify and influence the other party’s objections
  • Managing complex and different negotiation scenarios
  • Qualify the needs, requirements, and constraints of the other party by employing advanced questioning and Listening Skills

Module 5: Dealing With Price

  • Setting Price in a competitive market
  • Difference between selling and negotiation
  • Ways to present price effectively and with persuasion

Module 6: Price Negotiation

  • How to negotiate the price and reduce discounting
  • Key strategies, techniques, and tactics to use in negotiation

Module 7: Personal Action Plan

  • Identify specific goals and actions for self
  • Formulate an action plan for personal development

  3. Certificate Awarded: Participants are awarded Certificates of Participation at the end of the training.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Payment for all courses includes a registration fee, which is non-refundable, and equals 15% of the total sum of the course fee.
  2. Participants may cancel attendance 14 days or more prior to the training commencement date.
  3. No refunds will be made 14 days or less before the training commencement date. However, participants who are unable to attend may opt to attend a similar training course at a later date or send a substitute participant provided the participation criteria have been met.
